Training
The Professional Bodyguard Association
Security Medics works together with the Professional Bodyguard Association (PBA) to analyse and define our clients' security needs. From this analysis we develop and implement customised packages aimed at achieving identified goals — be they specific security provisioning or training. In doing so, we provide the ability to bring increased value to our clients' security portfolios by offering internationally-recognised qualifications under the management of the PBA.
It is our shared belief that training should be on-going and the skilled 'Security Practitioner' will be able to demonstrate this by embarking on a Continuing Professional Development program that culminates in a collection of diverse qualifications applicable to the job at hand.
This begins with exhibiting sector competence, with the important testaments to these skills that are recognised internationally. Successful training with the PBA will result in receiving an internationally-recognised qualification, be it an award, certificate or diploma. The PBA is an approved centre with Pearson/Edexcel, one of the largest awarding bodies and a market leader in education and assessment services in more than 70 countries as well as the Association of First Aiders (AoFAQ) and National Open College Networks (NOCN).
